Can I bring my Camera?
Professional Cameras, cameras with detachable lenses and camera rigs are not allowed inside the venue.
Can I bring food/drink to a show?
No outside food or drink may be brought into the venue.
Are Bags Allowed into the venue?
For your safety NO COOLERS, BACKPACKS, LARGE BAGS or BOXES may be brought inside the venue. ALL BAGS AND PERSONS WILL BE SEARCHED.
Can I smoke inside the venue?
NO Smoking and Vaping is allowed inside the venue per Ohio State Law.
Do I need an ID to enter?

Is an ID required to pick up tickets at will-call?
YES. Tickets can be picked up at the box office Monday-Friday from 12pm-5pm and Day of Show 90 mins prior to start time.
Are there age restrictions?
All shows are 16 & up unless otherwise stated on RiverfrontLiveCincy.com or TicketWeb.com. All guests must have a ticket to enter venue.

Are concerts GENERAL ADMISSION OR RESERVED SEATING?
All shows are General Admission. Some shows may offer a limited amount of table seating sold in groups.
