‍Riverfront Live is located 6 miles east of Downtown Cincinnati on US 52 near the intersection of Wilmer Ave and Kellogg Ave.
From Downtown Cincinnati, head east on US 52.
From 275 take the Kellogg Ave exit and travel 3 miles west towards downtown Cincinnati.

What are my parking options?

Riverfront live has over 1000 parking spaces located on the property.

How can I purchase tickets to a show?

Tickets can be purchased online through our website - riverfrontlivecincy.com or directly through cincyticket.com

Tickets are available at our box office located at:
4343 Kellogg Avenue
60 minutes prior to all shows.
Our box office is also open Wednesday and Fridays from noon to 5pm EST.

Tickets can be purchased at Shake It Records.

Are concerts GENERAL ADMISSION OR RESERVED SEATING?

All shows are General Admission. Some shows may offer a limited amount of pit tickets or table seating sold in groups.

What are my payment options?

We accept CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, &AMEX.
ATM on Site.

Are there age restrictions?

We are an all ages venue, those under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise noted on our website or Cincyticket.com. Guests under the age of 2 do not require a ticket

Do I need an ID to enter?

You must have a legal state issued ID to consume alcohol at the venue. If there is an age restriction for the show then you must have an ID to prove you meet the age requirement.NO EXCEPTIONS.

Can I smoke inside the venue?

NO Smoking and Vaping is allowed inside the venue per Ohio State Law. We do have an outdoor area.

Are Bags Allowed into the venue?

For your safety, ONLY CLEAR BAGS may be brought inside the venue.ALL PERSON(S) WILL BE SEARCHED.

Can I bring food/drink to a show?

No outside food or drink may be brought into the venue.

Can I bring my Camera?

Professional Cameras, cameras with detachable lenses and camera rigs are not allowed inside the venue.

Do you have a lost and found?

Please call 513-417-4555 Monday-Friday from 12pm-5pm to inquire about any lost items.
